We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express & check. (If paying by check, please expect a few more days to be added to you delivery time and please contact us for our mailing address)
What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping will vary from $4.50 to $9.95. Orders over $75 qualify for free shipping.
What is the timeframe between my placing an order and receiving it?
Because of the nature of our business, it may take anywhere from 3-10 days between placing and receiving your order, depending on the size of your order or a high volume time. If we sense your order may be delayed more than 10 days, we will be sure to inform you of such at the time you place your order. If you find that you have an emergency, please inform us of such when you place your order and we will do everything possible to move you order along.
I do not see a design I had in mind, do you have other designs?
Yes, we cannot show you all the designs that our company has on the web site. Please email or call us and we can help you in choosing a design.
What method is used in my shipping order?
We are using USPS - priority mail for all orders. Please contact us @ 484-354-2057 and we will use a quicker 24-hour method.
Will it be possible to have an order gift wrapped?
Yes, all orders will be delivered in gift boxes free of charge, and we will gladly wrap your gift for a fee of $2.00 & enclose a gift card. You will have this option at time of check out. Please note when placing your order to specify how you would like your gift card to read in the comment box at time of check out.
